Como respuesta a esta situaci\u00f3n habitual en la vida, como en las ventas, esta dada en la tolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

La frustraci\u00f3n es un sentimiento que todos hemos experimentado. La clave es aprender a enfrentarla y hasta aprender a convivir con ella, como si fuera una pareja, Logrando que la misma sea un trampol\u00edn para seguir intentando cada meta que nos proponemos, entre ellas el \u00e9xito en las ventas<\/p>\n

Los vendedores, aunque a veces no lo creamos, tambi\u00e9n son personas; por lo cual deben enfrentarse a ese estado emocional. Lo cierto es que la tolerancia es una cualidad primordial para tener \u00e9xito en las ventas como en la vida.<\/p>\n

Con el avance de la tecnolog\u00eda y las redes sociales, los canales de comercializaci\u00f3n se han multiplicado y la competencia es casi abrumadora. Los consumidores tienen acceso con un simple clic a miles de ofertas, y de la intenci\u00f3n o el deseo por adquirir un producto o servicio a la acci\u00f3n de comprarlo, puede haber un largo paso.<\/p>\n

Por lo cual es muy importante que un equipo de ventas tenga este factor en mente. Todo vendedor va a tener que lidiar, y reiteradamente, con la duda o la negaci\u00f3n de un comprador al momento de querer concretar una venta.<\/p>\n

\u00bf<\/u><\/strong>C<\/u><\/strong>\u00f3mo <\/u><\/strong>trabajar la tolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n cuando apuntamos al \u00e9xito en las ventas?\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Para aumentar la tolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n y no sentirse derrotado como vendedor se debe avanzar sobre tres pasos claves que empujar\u00e1n el \u00e9xito en las ventas.<\/p>\n

Aceptaci\u00f3n propia y de lo sucedido: Se debe aceptar que nadie es perfecto, ser indulgente con uno mismo y comprender que todo se aprende. Las habilidades se pulen y se perfeccionan, y la experiencia permite entender cu\u00e1l puede ser el camino m\u00e1s acertado para llegarle a las personas.<\/p>\n

Meditar: Analizar en profundidad lo acontecido \u00bfC\u00f3mo era la persona y todas aquellas que no han aceptado el producto? \u00bfQu\u00e9 discurso se ha utilizado para vender? \u00bfC\u00f3mo fue son los primeros acercamientos? No hay que conformarse con una sola t\u00e9cnica de venta<\/a>. Se debe evolucionar, cuestionarse las t\u00e1cticas y reformularlas. Hay una gran base de datos humanos que pueden guiar: todas aquellas personas que han dicho que no.<\/p>\n

Enfrentarse a lo inevitable: La negativa eventualmente siempre llegar\u00e1, no hay que negarla sino encararla, y que la misma sirva como p\u00edldora fortalecedora para ir por otro potencial cliente.
